Marcio Abreu
Marcio Abreu est acteur, metteur en scène et auteur dramatique. Né à Rio de Janeiro, formé à l’EITALC (Ecole Internationale de Théâtre d’Amérique Latine et des Caraïbes), il fonde la companhia brasileira de teatro, à Curitiba. Une compagnie de recherche, qui privilégie les processus créatifs mêlant les artistes de diverses régions du Brésil et du monde, alternant des pièces narratives, ou performatives, toujours en lien avec la réalité géopolitique du Brésil.
Marcio Abreu is an actor, director and playwright. Born in Rio de Janeiro and trained at EITALC (International School of Latin American and Caribbean Theatre), he founded the Companhia Brasileira de Teatro in Curitiba. A research company, which favours creative processes involving artists from various regions of Brazil and the world, alternating between narrative and performative pieces, always linked to the geopolitical reality of Brazil.
